Morgan Nasr
Associate Lawyer
Since her call to the bar 2017, Morgan has maintained a dedicated family law practice. In addition to her private practice, she serves as an Agent for the Director of the Family Responsibility Office, and, commencing in 2026, will serve as an Agent for the Office of the Children’s Lawyer. Morgan is deeply committed to her clients’ causes. Her practice is guided by a practical, detail-oriented approach that focuses on solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
Morgan earned a Specialized Honours Bachelor of Arts English Language and Literature from the University of Western Ontario in 2013, where she also obtained a Certificate in Business French. She pursued her legal education at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, earning both Canadian and U.S. Juris Doctor degrees in 2016. During her studies, she received a Book Award for achieving the highest grade in the Family Law, Law Firm Practice Program at Detroit Mercy School of Law.
Morgan is actively involved in the legal community. She is a member of the Essex Law Association and serves on the Ontario Court of Justice Bench Bar committee. Beginning in the summer of 2026, Morgan will also serve as a Junior Member of the Superior Court of Justice Family Law Bench Bar Committee. In 2026, Morgan will also serve as Co-Editor of the Ontario Family Law Reporter.
Morgan contributes to her community through pro bono and volunteer work. She supervises the Trans ID Clinic project for Pro Bono Students Canada and serves as the Board President of the Sexual Assault Crisis Centre of Essex County. She also serves on the committee and board of directors for the Kiwanis Music Festival of Windsor-Essex County. Morgan remains connected to her alma mater, the University of Windsor, by acting as a course facilitator for the Windsor Legal Practice Simulation and as an Externship Mentor for local law students.
In her spare time, Morgan enjoys expanding her record collection, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her dog, Frankie, at the dog park.
