Samantha Greenspan
Associate Lawyer
Samantha Greenspan is a family lawyer at Weisman Wolfe LLP and part of the team that joined the firm from Stipic Weisman LLP. Her practice is devoted exclusively to family law, helping clients navigate complex and high-conflict matters with clarity and care.
She represents clients in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice on a wide range of family law issues, including high-conflict parenting disputes, support, and property division. Prior to joining Weisman Wolfe LLP, Samantha practiced family law at firms in both Windsor and Toronto, where she gained extensive experience in high-conflict litigation involving both financial and parenting issues. Earlier in her career, she acted as an agent for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada, prosecuting Controlled Drugs and Substances Act matters. This experience informs her skills and strategic approach and comfort in high-stakes proceedings.
Samantha holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, as well as a Master of Arts in Criminology from the University of Toronto. She also holds certifications in dispute resolution and is a certified Parenting Coordinator (Basic and Advanced), reflecting her commitment to helping families resolve conflict both inside and outside the courtroom.
She is an active member of the legal community, including the Windsor Essex Law Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. Samantha is also committed to community service and has contributed to various organizations focused on mediation, restorative justice, and access to justice initiatives.
