Bio

Sarah A. Weisman is a highly respected family law lawyer with over 38 years of experience serving clients across Ontario. A graduate of Western University’s Faculty of Law (1983), she was called to the Ontario Bar in 1987 and has since built a distinguished career grounded in skill, compassion, and practical problem-solving.

As a partner at Weisman Wolfe LLP, Sarah practices in family law, including complex matters such as international child abduction, alongside real estate, corporate and commercial law, and estates, including wills and litigation. She is also an accomplished mediator, having advanced certifications from the Harvard Negotiation Institute at Harvard Law School and the University of Windsor, as well as specialized training in family mediation and domestic violence.

Sarah’s commitment to her profession and community is longstanding. She has served on numerous boards, panels, and committees including the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee panel, the Superior Court of Justice Family Law Liaison Committee, the Ontario Association for Family Mediation, and many community and advocacy organizations supporting families, women, seniors, and mental health.

Known for her thoughtful approach and dedication to achieving fair, effective outcomes, Sarah is deeply invested in both her clients and her community. Outside of her practice, she enjoys time with her husband, Jeff, and takes great pride in supporting her son Andrew in his university music studies.
